How difficult are the walks?
Our walks are no longer than a half mile, with many stops on the way. The walk is at a leisurely pace with no steep inclines.

What happens if it rains?
Walks tours take place rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the day's forecasted weather conditions. Remember to bring water, sunglasses and sunscreen on warm, sunny days.

How do I pay?
We accept cash, checks and travelers checks at the beginning of the walk. We do NOT accept debit or credit cards.

How will I recognize the guide?
Your tour guide will be wearing traditional Bavarian clothing.

Do I need a reservation?
No reservations are required for our walking tours. Simply show up! You can pay for your walk using cash or check when you arrive. Arrive early as we have limited tour sizes.

What is the average group size?
Tour groups range from a few people to a maximum of 12. Group size is kept small to keep it a personal experience for everyone.

I am bringing an infant/toddler. Do I need to pay the walk fee for him or her?
No. Children age 11 and younger attend walks for free with a paying adult.

What should I bring with me on the tour?
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a rain jacket or umbrella if rain is predicted. Water is suggested and you may bring any snacks/drinks with you on the tour as well. Dress comfortably. Lederhosen is not required!

Are there restrooms along the tour route?
There are restrooms available along the tour, however during the walk we do not normally stop to take a bathroom break. If you need to use the restroom we will stop but we must continue our talk in order to keep the pace and flow of the tour.

Are private tours offered?
Yes. If you're interested in a private tour, please e-mail us to arrange one.

What does it cost to take a tour?
Adults - $8.00 to $12.00, Kids - $4.00 to $8.00 (Ages 12-17), Kids 11- Under with paying adult free We accept CASH only! ATM’s are plentiful.
